Your organization shares its sign-up link with each worker. Workers register separately and give permission for us to request their records.
We request records. A physician reviews.
If records support clearance, no visit is needed. If testing or follow-up is needed, we coordinate the next step after physician review.

The caregiver
Authorize the records request, complete intake and attend any needed appointments or follow-up.
ClearToStart and the physician
We coordinate each step. The physician reviews the information and signs only when it supports clearance.
Who pays, and when?
When your agency pays
Agency-paid
We invoice after your signed TB certificate is ready. If a new blood test is positive, we invoice the applicable test price before clearance. The physician signs once follow-up shows no active TB.
When the caregiver pays
Caregiver-paid
The caregiver pays only after the physician signs—even after positive-test follow-up. No signed certificate, no charge. Your agency pays $0 unless it chooses to pay for that caregiver.

Where do the records come from?
We request records directly from the lab or clinic where your caregiver was tested, with their permission.
Why reserve a Quest appointment before the records review?
It saves time if a test is needed. If records support clearance, we cancel the appointment and notify your caregiver. Booking alone does not trigger a charge.
What if more follow-up is needed?
We coordinate the next steps, including an X-ray appointment when needed. The physician signs after confirming clearance. ClearToStart does not cover X-ray or other outside-care costs.
