When records support clearance
$69 per caregiver
Records retrieval, physician review and a signed TB certificate with the supporting TB result. No new test when the physician can clear the caregiver from records.
When a new Quest test is needed
$99 per caregiver
The records check, one Quest TB blood test, physician review and the signed TB certificate with the supporting result.
The two prices are alternatives, not added together. Booking alone does not trigger the new-test price. Outside follow-up, including a chest X-ray, is separate. Program-specific billing rules apply.
