What the pilot includes

When the TB result is negative
If the worker's form is complete and the test is negative, ClearToStart puts the Quest result and California doctor-signed paperwork in the dashboard within 48 hours of the Quest visit. Most workers do not need a separate video or office visit with the doctor.
When the result is positive
ClearToStart engages the worker and arranges the required chest X-ray. We first look for a convenient free public-health resource. If paid imaging is needed, the agency is told about the cost before scheduling. There is no $99 invoice unless the California doctor-signed file is completed and delivered.
Billing
The agency receives the invoice after the completed file signed by a California doctor enters the dashboard. If an agreed pilot document is missing, ClearToStart corrects the file before invoicing. There is no setup fee or monthly minimum during the one-worker pilot.
After the pilot
Renewal tracking, automated reminders, OSHA hepatitis B workflow support, Walgreens flu-shot SMS, vaccination records and other agency-selected services are scoped separately.
